Dear friends and colleagues,

welcome back again to Milan, San Raffaele Scientific Institute for the 16th edition of EURO-EUS.

This year, after the fantastic success of previous editions, the Executive Board has chosen to continue in the process of defining the indications of EUS in clinical practice and finding consensus on debated topics.

This year Pancreatic inflammation and rare focal lesions diagnosis, treatment and follow up will be strongly presented and discussed by a Faculty of worldwide renowned experts and we will try to reach to a consensus on the best management of these diseases.

Furthermore you will be extensively exposed to live cases transmitted from the Pancreato-Biliary Endoscopy and Endosonography Division of the Pancreas Translational and Clinical Research Center of San Raffaele Scientific Institute, from the Florida Center of Interventional Endoscopy and the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, two of the most renowned Endoscopy Centers all over the world.

EURO-EUS Faculty will perform all the different diagnostic and therapeutic EUS procedures in pancreatobiliary diseases. Like during the past edition, we have scheduled an HANDS-ON TRAINING PROGRAM that, following the sold out session organized in the past two years, has been divided in two sessions covering the whole day, allowing to a high selected number of participants to improve their EUS skills and to test all the latest changes in devices production, under the supervision of a Team of Trainers.

Please register on register now page.

So welcome again and let’s have a great EURO-EUS 2019!!!

DEAR COLLEAGUES,
We cordially invite you to attend the 51st Meeting of the European Pancreatic Club in 2019. This meeting is the major European scientific forum in the field of pancreatology. Here, basic scientists and clinicians convene to exchange ideas and discuss novel findings related to the biology of the pancreas and its diseases. We par ticularly encourage young scientists to participate, as this event is an ideal oppor tunity for international networking and to obtain first-hand information on current and future trends in pancreas research.

We will offer a program that covers hot topics in basic and clinical pancreatology with a focus on translational aspects. The program will be organized as keynote lectures, thematic symposia,
oral presentations based on submitted abstracts, and poster sessions. EPC will provide travel grants for young researchers.

The 51st meeting of the EPC will take place in Bergen, a historic city that is the gateway to the Nor wegian fjords. It is beautifully located along the western coast line with a pulsating harbour surrounded by seven mountains. The venue of the meeting is Grieghallen, named after Nor way ’s famous composer Edvard Grieg, who was born and lived in Bergen. A s the city has only 2 75,000 inhabitants, the conference site and major hotel s are all located in the city centre and within walking distance of each other. Moreover, Bergen is easy to reach via a new airport that serves several major European hubs with direct flights.

We look forward to welcoming you in Bergen, June 26th- 29th, 2019!
